This day has been dedicated to rest, relaxation, and mental health. I haven't left the house. Gym shorts, t-shirt, and no make-up. I've read a couple of paperback library books and watched a little TV. Very little. Have you noticed how little is on TV right now?
I've checked my favorite blogs several times looking for updates. I did a little paperwork, to have something constructive to show for the day, and started thinking about drawing names for Christmas. I guess it's time to start thinking about that.
Anyway. After the week/month/year we've had, taking one day for R & R didn't seem to be a bad idea.
Here's hoping for better days ahead.
